Step 1: Open the Registration Page
- Click the provided registration link to access the MulaPal sign-up page.
Step 2: Enter Your Username
- Choose a unique username that you’ll easily remember.
- Example: samkiliswa (Ensure it hasn’t been taken already.)
Step 3: Enter Your Mobile Number
- Select your country code.
- Enter your phone number without the country code (e.g.,
794800571 or 114688883).
Step 4: Enter Your Email Address
- Provide a valid email address.
- Double-check to ensure accuracy. You’ll need it for password recovery and notifications.
Step 5: Set Your Password
- Choose a strong password with at least 4 digits or letters (Example:
432G).
- Make sure you can remember it.
Step 6: Confirm Your Password
- Retype your password to confirm it.
Step 7: Verify Your Country
- The system automatically selects your country based on your mobile number.
Step 8: Submit Your Registration
- Click the Create Account button to proceed.
Step 9: Activate Your MulaPal Account
- Follow the activation instructions displayed on the next page.
- Once activated, you’ll be able to access your MulaPal Dashboard.
